This is why we give all of our real estate clients a 50% discount on a Will package. As part of this Will package we will complete one Will and a Power of Attorney for Personal Care and a Power of Attorney for Property. Your Power Of Attorney(s) will outline who you appoint to make medical and property/financial decisions for you if you were incapacitated. Whether the Will was completed by our office or another Law Firm, our office can help finalize the Estate of your loved one. We complete all the necessary paperwork and court filing in order to divide the Estate according to the Will.
